We are excited to be working on our latest Show Home for the 2025 season. This house located in the prestigious Valley View sub-division in Camrose has everything you need. Zero step entry from the rear 3 car attached garage makes this floor plan very user friendly. Icf foundations (lego blocks) hydronic heat in the basement, high efficiency furnace and boiler, upgraded insulation are a few of the items included. As for layout we have your high end custom cabinetry with large island, a unique coffee bar area, main floor laundry, custom shelving, double vanity and custom white oak railings.
Unique to this floor plan is the ability to develop the basement one of two ways. Either basement layout compliments the 1560 sq ft main floor two bedroom layout.
Option 1) Develops the basement with another two bedroom (total of 4), bathroom (total of 3), large family room home with huge windows and it own wet bar,
Option 2) We can accommodate a one bedroom suite with its own separate exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchen with island, large bedroom and suite family room. This can be a mother-in-law suite or a rental income option. With this suite layout, we still provide the main house occupants with another stairwell leading to another basement bathroom, bedroom and flex space room all separate from the suite area.
Either layout you choose gives you the flexibility to convert to the other layout at another time, giving you the flexibility to choose when the time is right for you.
